Our 990 is not yet filed, what do I attach to the Annual Data Report?

In order to complete your Annual Data Report, you should attach your most recent 990. If you have not completed the most recent fiscal year's 990 form, but you do have a detailed financial statement containing relevant information like annual revenue and expenses, please attach that document as a PDF.
