How do I change/fix/update our organization's address/contact information?

Please follow these steps to add, change or update your organization's information:  

1. Locate the Applications & Forms link on the left menu.  
2. Scroll down to the bottom section: Other Forms and Opportunities.  
3. Locate and select the “Organization Details Update” form 
4. Be sure to Save and Submit!
